This year's awards are based on Partner performance in 2022, which is evaluated by the following key attributes: revenue contribution/growth, product line expansion, workflow and skill competencies growth, and business innovation with associated digital transformation impact.

The 2023 ServiceNow EMEA Premier Partner of the Year was presented at the ServiceNow EMEA Partner Awards on Thursday, March 9, 2023.

CloudStratex have been supporting clients across three major areas, IRM (GRC), ITOM, and ITSM. Much of the past year has been regulator driven demand, for example, service mapping. CSX has been able to help clients understand the operational resilience of their services and help ensure secure, effective changes and management to their systems whilst also satisfying the regulator requirements. As ever, where there is regulator driven demand, CSX has ensured a firm client-side position to make the most of what is required and help our clients implement long lasting, sustainable change utilising the ServiceNow platform.
